Key capabilities

What disciplinary cases does in NeevHR

Case register

Cases by stage, category and severity, with counts for open, reply overdue, in inquiry, suspended and closed.

Notices and letters

Show-cause notice, charge sheet, notice of domestic inquiry, suspension letter and order, from a starting text filled from the case, issued as a PDF. Have the wording checked by your adviser.

The employee's side

Employees see notices issued to them, acknowledge receipt, which admits nothing, and reply in NeevHR. A reply on paper can be recorded too.

Inquiry and findings

Start the inquiry, name the officer and record the findings.

Outcome with a check

Close with an outcome from no action to dismissal. Dismissal, discharge or demotion is blocked until an inquiry has been held.

Suspension as a record

Record a suspension pending inquiry and its end. NeevHR does not change pay from it: the terms are your company's to judge.

Its own permission

Viewing cases needs its own permission, not implied by access to employees or exit.

No AI

Disciplinary cases and letters have no AI features.

Disciplinary cases does not run in a silo

Like every module, it sits on one effective-dated employee record, with India's statutory rules, configuration and governance shared across the platform.

Built for India, only India

PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS, gratuity, bonus and the DPDP Act 2023 are part of the core product, not an add-on. INR and the India financial year throughout.

Depth without the drag

Process discipline and statutory accuracy for growing and mid-market companies, without the cost or the multi-year rollout of a tier-one suite.

A guided go-live

Implementation time depends on employee count, data quality, integrations and payroll complexity.

Configured by your HR admin

Leave, attendance, payroll, expense and appraisal are configurable rule sets assigned to employee groups. A trained HR admin can own them, no certified consultant required.
