Core HR

A confidential route to your Internal Committee

Under the POSH Act 2013, employees can make a complaint in NeevHR that only the Internal Committee reads. HR, managers and Company Admins cannot open it. The committee records each step of the case, and the product shows the statutory dates to watch.

Key capabilities

What posh complaint route does in NeevHR

Complaint from self-service

The employee sees who is on the committee and makes a complaint about someone in the company or someone outside it, then follows it and writes to the committee.

Committee only

Setting up the committee opens no complaint, and a Company Admin cannot read cases. A committee member named in a complaint is kept out of that case, and a member can step aside for a conflict.

Committee set-up

Name the Presiding Officer and members, with warnings for what is still missing against the Act. An external member has no login.

Case steps

Admit or not admit with a written reason, record a settlement in conciliation, run the inquiry, record the report and the employer's action, and record interim relief.

Statutory dates on each case

Each case shows its statutory dates and flags any that have passed. Take your adviser's reading on how they apply to your company.

Notes and messages

Notes for the committee only, kept apart from messages to the complainant. Every read of a case is recorded.

Annual report

Counts with no names for the committee's report, and a record of awareness programmes.

Local Committee

Show your district's Local Committee details, for a complaint that cannot go to your own committee.

No AI

POSH cases and letters have no AI features.
