What 360 feedback does in NeevHR
Question sets and competencies
A standard set is ready on first use. Add your own questions, each a rating or text, tied to a competency from your Skill catalogue.
Standalone rounds
Run a round outside an appraisal for one person or many, with a closing date and reminders.
Employee proposes, manager approves
A person can propose reviewers, and the manager or HR decides who is invited.
Anonymity on every cut
Averages, competencies and comments stay hidden until the threshold is met, for groups as well, so a hidden figure cannot be worked out by subtraction. Managers and HR see who answered, not what they said.
Your scale
A scale of 3 to 10 points. Older answers keep the scale they were given on, and results are converted to the current one.
Result stays with HR by default
The person does not see their own result unless the company chooses to show the combined result after release.
Linked to growth
Competency results show on the appraisal, and low ones appear as focus areas for a development plan.
In the app
Reviewers give feedback from My 360 reviews in the mobile app, and can propose reviewers there.

360 feedback does not run in a silo
Like every module, it sits on one effective-dated employee record, with India's statutory rules, configuration and governance shared across the platform.
Built for India, only India
PF, ESI, PT, LWF and TDS, gratuity, bonus and the DPDP Act 2023 are part of the core product, not an add-on. INR and the India financial year throughout.
Depth without the drag
Process discipline and statutory accuracy for growing and mid-market companies, without the cost or the multi-year rollout of a tier-one suite.
A guided go-live
Implementation time depends on employee count, data quality, integrations and payroll complexity.
Configured by your HR admin
Leave, attendance, payroll, expense and appraisal are configurable rule sets assigned to employee groups. A trained HR admin can own them, no certified consultant required.
360 feedback: frequently asked questions
How is anonymity protected?
The server holds back averages, competency figures and comments until the threshold is met, including for groups. With a low threshold and very few reviewers, people may still guess, so a higher threshold protects more.
Can managers see who said what?
No. Managers and HR see who was asked and whether they answered, not their rating or comment.
Does the employee see their result?
Not by default. A company can choose to show the combined result after release.
