A direct message from your own Slack app, with Approve, Reject and Open in NeevHR. People are found by their work email.
Microsoft Teams
A card in a personal chat with your own Teams bot. It needs your Microsoft 365 admin, and each approver connects once from the Inbox.
An approved template message on the mobile number on the approver's profile. It needs your own WhatsApp Business account on Meta, and Meta's charges apply.
One rule with email
Which request types can be decided outside the app is one setting for email and these apps. Money, pay and maker-checker requests only ever get Open in NeevHR.
Little in the message
The message shows who asked and what for, not the reason, since a leave reason can be medical.
